Today I am at The Archbishop's Palace to photograph Kieron and Carly's wedding. The ceremony was held in The Great Hall which is a beautiful room with a grand fireplace and chandlers. The Bride arrived in a limousine with her father, the page boys and the bridal party, which I loved as the children loved it! After the ceremony, we took some photographs in the Palace gardens. I particularly love the herb garden as it's so peaceful and private. It's a great place to photograph as the Bride and Groom get a few minutes just to be together and take in the fact they have just become Mr and Mrs.
The reception was held at The King Charles Hotel. I love this place as the staff really are good at what they do. The tables were decorated beautifully and the room looked amazing. The guests were certainly enjoying the party as there were some great dance moves on show. The Bride and Groom joined the dance floor for a perfect first dance. Love was in the air! Photographing them was a breeze. I didn't need to ask them to get close, they just were. It was so lovely to see.
11th August 2017
Today Chris and Sarah become Mr and Mrs at The Little Hermitage. This is a beautiful venue with so much lovely greenery and stunning views. It was so lovely spending the morning with the bride and her daughter as they were so welcoming and made me feel part of their day. They tied the knot in the garden where the sun shone beautifully for them. After the ceremony, the couple were showered with confetti to celebrate their marriage. These two were perfect to photograph as they were so natural together. It made it very hard for me to stop photographing them! There was definitely a few happy tears shed for them as they are a match made in heaven.
15th July 2017
Today I am at The Arch Bishop's Palace photographing the wedding of Paul and Sarah. These two were great to photograph as although Sarah disliked having her photo taken, she was brilliant at it. I loved capturing her and Paul just being themselves, and although they said they weren't a lovely dovey, kissing, cuddly couple, I did manage to get some beautiful photos of them doing just that. After the ceremony, we went on their reception venue. This was a private school with the best outdoor space. They had decorated a large gazebo and had a fish and chip van and an ice cream van. It was a perfect, relaxed wedding and the fish and chips definitely went down well with all their guests and I loved captured people with their box; and especially enjoyed photographing the children with their ice cream cone, and ice cream all round their mouths. Congratulations!
8th July 2017
It's the wedding day of Tristam and Victoria and I am at Elmley Nature Reserve. This wedding is so personal to the bride and groom, all thought up and decorated by themselves. This venue was a blank canvas for them to do anything they wanted with and they had literally thought of everything; hay bales, deck chairs, giant jenga, sofas, d.i.y bar, fairy lights, bbq, dominoes, ice cream, blankets, flower pots, cheese table, tents, and that's to name just a few.
The ceremony was held in the barn, which overlooked the nature reserve and the barn was covered in fairy lights. You can imagine how lovely it was! The day - baking hot! The guests were staying in bell tents on the reserve, which I bet they loved. There was no wedding breakfast with the traditional 3 course meal. Instead the guests enjoyed tea with cakes and pastries, followed by a bbq later in the evening. Everything was planned perfectly and the day went without a hitch. Congratulations!
25th June 2017
Today Ryan and Becky are having an engagement shoot at Botany Bay. This beach is perfect for this occasion as they love the beach, so they will feel right at home here. Ryan and Becky are getting married next year so this is good practise for their wedding day and a great way to cherish their engagement.
24th June 2017
I am at The Little Hermitage to celebrate Stewart and Sam, as they wed in the beautiful garden. The day started with bridal prep photography, and what a lovely relaxed morning the ladies had getting ready. The atmosphere was very calm and enjoyable. A few tears were shared once everyone was ready, and everyone looked beautiful, especially Sam. The weather was a bit hit and miss but as Sam came out into the garden to meet her groom, the sun suddenly came out. It couldn't have been more perfect!
The ceremony was very emotional and intimate. These two were clearly made for each other. I even had to wipe my eyes!
This venue was made for photos. I could have spent hours photographing these two as there are so many perfect spots. Beautiful day, congratulations!
1st June 2017
Today is my first day back at work after having my beautiful baby, and what a lovely way to spend my day, celebrating the marriage of Lee and Caroline. They tied the knot at Hempstead House. A beautiful place for photographs, with it's colourful gardens. My morning began photographing the bride getting ready. I loved how chilled it was, considering the room was heaving with people and so much was going on. I love bridal preparations as I love to photograph the make up, the amazing hair styles and I get a sneaky peek of the bride in her dress before she says 'I do'.
This wedding was filled with their own personal touches; the cufflinks, table names, the cake; lots of little things which made this wedding their own. During the ceremony, Lee got down on one knee and proposed to Caroline, as they weren't actually engaged. It was a very special moment which I was lucky to share with them and photograph. Lucky Caroline got two rings in one day!
Photographing these two was great as they were both so relaxed with it. They had fun and made each other laugh, and what I love the most is how in love they are. Congratulations guys!
1st April 2017
I'm so happy to announce the safe arrival of my baby girl, Indianna. She came 11 days early, weighing 6lb 14oz and she's perfect and beautiful. She completes our family. She has a very proud big brother!
11th March 2017
Today I am at The Arch Bishop's Palace in Maidstone, photographing Christopher and Emma' wedding. I went to Emma's house this morning to photograph her getting ready and what a lovely chilled out morning she had. She left for the ceremony in a fantastic De Ville car so she definitely turned up in style. This ceremony was perfect for them. They had their closest friends and family at the ceremony, which made it a very intimate and personal wedding. Once they had tied the knot, it was time to get those photographs of the happy couple outside in the grounds. There was nothing serious about these two, which is exactly what I loved about them. They naturally fitted into any position I asked of them and made the photo their own showing their love for each other.
The reception venue was decorated beautifully by friends and family, with many personal touches, which truly represented them. I loved how their love of Batman was captured in their day - the brides garter, the grooms cufflinks, the cake. It was all about them. Their choice of food went down a treat; a hog roast and buffet and their evening was great fun. These two chose to have fancy dress for the evening and their guests had a great time getting dressed up and striking a pose for me. A great day and night!
25th February 2017
Today is the wedding of the lovely Sean and Catherine at the amazing venue of Lympne castle. This venue has so many beautiful spots for photographs, inside and outside, that I am truly spoilt for choice. The wind was blowing a storm outside, but that didn't stop this happy couple from getting out into the castle grounds and embracing the mad weather on their day. The wind turned out to be a great part of their day as I got to capture their natural smiles and laughter as they got blown all over the place. They definitely got to make some funny memories.
The venue was decorated by the bride and groom themselves, along with the help of their friends and family. Not only did the venue look beautiful, it also had their own personal touch, making it even more special. What can I say about the cake!! Truly amazing; made by the groom himself. It really did look fantastic.
These two are so in love and it clearly shows from their photographs. They made my job so easy! Congratulations guys! I had a great day with you!
19th February 2017

22nd October 2016
Tonight was Angela's 50th Birthday party, and Elvis made an appearance! The décor was fab and the cake was extra amazing! Handmade Elvis cake! It was a fancy dress party and the effort her friends and family had gone to really needs to be recognised... everyone looked fantastic! 10/10! Angela had a brilliant time and her photos show that. There was singing, dancing, hands waving in the air and banging on pots and pans. I had a great time; Happy Birthday Angela!
17th September 2016
Today Trevor and Tracey are at The King Charles Hotel to tie the knot. I particularly love this venue because the staff do their upmost to make the day all about the bide and groom. There is no hurrying to get them sat down on time and there is no problem if the day doesn't run by the clock. They work to the bride and grooms pace and I love it; it is their day after all! Not only do they bend over backwards for the bride and groom, they also make me feel so welcome and are constantly checking if I'm ok. Big thumbs up to all the staff!
I couldn't stop taking photos of these two. They had so many precious moments of them just being them, where they had a little kiss or a little giggle. I spent most of the day spying on them from behind flowers or from a distance just so I could capture them being natural. Love was in the air! The camera loved them! Their day was cloudy with a small chill in the air, but that didn't stop them getting married in the courtyard. The ceremony was perfect, with smiles and laughter; a true reflection of how happy they are!
The reception room was decorated beautifully in pink with the biggest sweet table I have ever seen. Their guests loved it! Their little daughter loved it too!
13th August 2016
Today I was at The Marine Hotel in Whitstable to celebrate the marriage of John and Rebecca. This hotel had superb view looking out to sea, the perfect background to all of their group photos. I took the bride and groom down to the beach to take some photos in front of the beach huts and on the beach. The bride was a true star making it down in her heels! But it was definitely worth it. These two were so in love and so happy. They shared their day was their friends and family who I had such a lovely day with. They all made me feel so welcome and part of the day and they were all so happy to have their photos taken and get involved with some funny posed photos - even with the public walking by and watching! Their wedding day ended with a very loving first dance. They did not let go of each other, it was perfect to watch and photograph!
11th August 2016
Today Steve and Andrea got married at The Burlington Hotel in Folkstone. This hotel is set in the perfect location for photographs. It was right by the cliff tops, overlooking the sea, for which you could see for miles. This wedding was so personal and intimate, which they shared with their closest family and friends. This hotel boosts fantastic views from the outside but the inside was just as beautiful. The staircase which the bride walked down was complimented by a huge stained glass window. This window was perfect for photos. Two builders climbed their ladder to hang the brides dress in front the window just so I could get the perfect shot; thanks guys! The tables were beautifully laid out by the bridal party that morning, and what a great job they did. Everything turned out perfect for their special day.
30th July 2016
Today Simon and Dawn climbed aboard the Gallent at Chatham Dockyard to say 'I do'. This was a very personal venue for them to have their ceremony and it really was a lovely intimate wedding, shared by their family and friends. The opportunity for photographs on this ship were amazing and I definitely got carried away. I made the bride climb up many different ladders in her high heels and big dress! Lucky for me, she was up for it! These two were full of smiles from the moment they saw each other, which really makes their photos personal. At their reception venue the room was decorated to a boat theme and it was so unique and so fabulous. The cake was also made for a sailor, decorated with iced rope and anchors. The day was a huge success. Their two girls were a big part of their day and it really worked as they are such a close, loving family and their photos really show it.
28th July 2016
Today's wedding is the lovely couple of Robert and Laura. The ceremony took place in a peaceful little church in Bredhurst, then onto Cooling Castle Barns for the wedding breakfast and reception. These two were made for each other. From photographing them I could clearly see how in love they are and it was so easy taking their photo as they didn't need direction. I captured so many personally moments, of them just being them. It really was a day to celebrate their love for each other. The barn was decorated with more fairy lights than you could ever believe, which made the day even more magical. Their family and friends made me fell so welcome and part of the day. Thank you!
23rd July 2016
Today Alex and Lauren tied the knot at Archbishops Palace in Maidstone. Another blue skied day, exactly what they asked for. Perfect! I went to Lauren's to photograph her getting ready, which was very chilled and calm. A very relaxing start to her wedding day. She was picked up in a beautiful car and taken to the ceremony, and when she got out so looked absolutely beautiful!
The great thing about the Archbishops Palace is not only the beautiful gardens, but the river. The couple came to the river with me so I could take some photographs of them, which made a great background. Although they were being watched by passers by, it didn't put them off and I captured some lovely personally moments between them. The reception was at The Village. That room!! What can I say...pink, pink and absolutely stunning! What a fabulous place to share with your family and friends on your big day.
When the dancing started...great dancing, great posing!
3rd July 2016
Another glorious day for a wedding, the sun is shining and the sky couldn't be any bluer, what a great day! Today is the wedding of Robert and Zoe, set at the beautiful Old Kent Barn in Swingfield. I turned up to photograph the girls getting ready and the preparations were already in full swing. There were smiles everywhere and the girls made it so fun for the bride.
The ceremony took place in gardens, which was decorated beautifully with a hedged archway, glowing with fairy lights. Magical! The venue staff also set up the tables for the wedding breakfast, and what a fantastic job they did. The room was so beautiful, the bride and groom must have been so happy. I have to thank the venue staff as they were very helpful and welcoming towards me and made me feel at home.
There are so many places at this venue to take a great photo, I was so spoilt for choice, but these two jumped in like naturals, the camera loved them and captured their love for each other. Such a beautiful couple - made for each other!
25th June 2016
Today is the wedding of Elliott and Rachel, set in a beautiful vine yard on the outskirts of Maidstone. What a beautiful setting. The view was amazing, overlooking the vines. The ceremony took place in a quaint little church, so picturesque, then it was back to the vine yard for the reception in a large tipi decorated in lights and flowers. Scattered around was hay bales and blankets, which really set a warm and cosy feel (as the weather literally had a mind of its own) There was a fire pit outside with seating which was perfect as the darkness came. These two worked so hard to get this just right and it was perfect!
12th June 2016
Today was the wedding of Ross and Emma at The Knowle Country House. This venue is just perfect. Its quiet, peaceful, relaxing and so so beautiful. The garden is covered in beautiful flowers; colour everywhere! Places to photograph; there's too many! The staff here treat the bride, groom, their guests and the wedding suppliers like royalty. The day ran so smoothly and I can't thank the staff enough for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable.
I started the day shooting the bridal preparations. I love this! I get to capture the dress, shoes, flowers, jewellery, the nerves and excitement for what the day holds. And the bride, well, she looked amazing! She got to walk down the aisle to the groom's brother playing his guitar. It was such an emotional moment and so special to them, and capturing moments like the groom shedding a tear; I love my job!
The sun went in and out all day, but when it was time to photograph the bride and groom in the garden, it was glorious sunshine. I couldn't ask for anything better! The sun shone through the trees, beautifully complimenting the bride and groom and creating a lovely hazy look. They both took to the camera like they owned it. They are so in love. I could tell by the way they looked at each other. They make a strong couple together, literally perfect for each other.
5th June 2016

A great choice for the family shoot! It was such good fun watching this family interact and literally have fun together; and I got to capture their little boys absolutely gorgeous smile. He was such a good poser and will definitely grow up to be a heart breaker.

The weekend was fantastic! It was the love of my life's birthday; my son Leonardo has now turned 3 years old. How time really does fly when you're having fun! I took the weekend off to celebrate with my family. We squeezed in a day at the beach, a day at the zoo, another day at the beach (eating donuts and ice cream) and a family BBQ. My son literally had the best weekend. He had so much fun with his cousins and he couldn't be happier with all the presents he received. It was a typical English BBQ, the sun was blazing, then the wind was blowing, one minute it was dark clouds then beautiful sunshine again; but it didn't stop us. Absolutely brilliant weekend! Now back to work...so if anyone wants to book a wedding, family photo shoot, christening, special event, then I look forward to hearing from you x

Today was I a very lucky lady. I got to shoot a lovely family in this beautiful field of yellow. Such a lovely peaceful place to walk with the family and the colour was just beautiful. There was flowers, flowers, flowers, as far as the eye could see. It was so bright and summery; the absolutely perfect setting for their family photo shoot. I captured happy smiley children having a great time with their mummy and daddy. Special moments captured forever!
30th April 2016
Tonight was the night of the lovely Glen and Charlotte's wedding reception. What a great night they had. There was great dancing, great music, great food, lots of drinking, lots of laughing; just a truly great night and I got to capture every moment. The room was decorated with beautiful lighting, candles and marvel. I loved the Marvel. It really made their room look so unique and personal to them. It looked absolutely stunning and of course so did the gorgeous bride. I had a great time and the photos definitely show how much they did too.
18th April 2016
This week I am retouching the photographs of a pregnancy shoot of the lovely Ashleigh and her adorable baby bump. I love shoots like these. It's such a personal moment for any mum to be and it's always an honour to be asked to capture these special memories. Ashleigh and Alan's baby is due in June so she had the perfect bump for me. They had their shoot in their home so it was very personal to them and very comfortable, surrounded by all their babies things and their very cute cat, who also got involved in the shoot. I can't wait for them to see their photographs and I can't wait to meet their precious bundle of joy!

I am still working hard so you can still contact me, don't worry about that! It's great visiting all these beautiful beaches. There are so many hidden bays that are great for photographs. I'm a big beach fan! I love the sand and sea, especially with my son.
